Yes. Depending on the project scope, we can procure materials, furniture, fittings, lighting, decor, and accessories. We also coordinate custom fabrication such as kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, TV consoles, vanities, and similar installations.

Changes are discussed clearly before moving forward. Where a change affects cost, timing, materials, or scope, we document it as a variation so expectations remain clear for both the client and the project team.
